On August 28th, Huangshan Novel’s Green Flexible Packaging Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Factory grandly broke ground, marking the official landing of the core strategic layout of Novel’s 15th Five-Year Plan. As a key construction project at the provincial and municipal levels, the project takes green intelligent manufacturing as its core. It is not only a milestone for the enterprise to march towards international high-end manufacturing, but also will lead industry upgrading, empower high-quality regional development, and jointly build a new benchmark for the industry with the government and enterprise working together.

On the morning of August 28, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Huangshan Novel · Green Flexible Packaging Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Factory was grandly held. The Green Flexible Packaging Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Factory project is a new construction project invested by Huangshan Novel New Materials Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Novel, and a key investment project of Novel’s 15th Five-Year Development Strategy. It has been included in the third batch of major construction projects of Anhui Province and Huangshan City in 2025. The project will purchase world-class high-speed printing production lines and configure automated and intelligent software and hardware systems, striving to build a leading flexible packaging intelligent factory in China. The project will be implemented in two phases: Phase I has an investment of 445 million yuan, is expected to be completed and put into production in 2027 with an annual output value of 800 million yuan; after the full completion of the project, the annual output value is expected to exceed 2 billion yuan.
